Building this full-service restaurant at the Winnipeg Richardson International Airport presented some unique challenges, working in a high-security environment. It also required several workarounds to integrate the restaurant with the existing building systems – for example, a luggage belt sat above where an exhaust system needed to be installed and we had to open pockets within a structural concrete floor to run new plumbing.
Our team worked with the client every step of the way to come up with creative solutions to each challenge, resulting in a beautiful dining space and kitchen that was finished on time and on budget.
