This 2900-square-foot dental clinic includes nine exam rooms, a large waiting area and a staff lunchroom, complete with several high-end finishes. It was a full interior tenant fit-up, including floor rough-ins prior to pouring concrete.
The project required detailed coordination with the designer and our client on finishes, as well as expertise in health regulations, dental millwork and equipment.
