Special features in this food court build-out at St. Vital Centre include a cooking line with a large stock pot, a large grease hood, an exhaust fan and a fire suppression system.
Being a design-build project, our team was responsible for the entire project, from start to finish. This included ensuring compliance on all gas-burning cooking appliances, which impacts combustible and non-combustible wall construction and stainless insulated panels. Our team completed the project on time and on budget, acing all health and gas inspections.
